Understanding People

Discover the Psychology of Everyday Life...

This is a wonderful workshop for anyone interested in understanding more about people and the human mind, which gives an fascinating introduction to human psychology, and contains insights that are both interesting, and useful in everyday life.

The day is packed with the latest (often surprising) ideas about how people think, and why they act in the way that they do. You’ll learn about how people make decisions, and why these can often go awry, as well as how memory works - and why, often, it doesn’t!

You will also understand much more about human behaviour and gain insights into what positive psychology tells us about how to overcome stress, build resilience, and feel great.

The workshop assumes no prior knowledge of psychology, but packs a lot into the day, including:

  • The Basis of Personality and Emotion

  • The Psychology of Decision Making

  • How Memory Works (or often doesn't!...)

  • The Psychology of Relationships

  • Individual and Group Behaviour

  • Decoding Body Language

  • Stress, Resilience & Positive Psychology

The day includes discussion, as well as demonstrations to help illuminate the concepts covered.

Whether you're looking to enhance your self-awareness, improve your relationships, or simply satisfy your curiosity about people, this workshop offers something for everyone. Join us for a day of discovery, learning, and personal growth in a supportive and stimulating environment.
